It grows 6-8 feet tall and 4-6 feet wide with a dense pyramidal to rounded shape. Pink to red waxy blooms. It grows best in moist, high organic, well-drained, acidic soil in partial to full shade. It will tolerate full sun with care. Use as a specimen, hedge/privacy, for winter interest, or in small groups.

Medium growing upright pyramidal TREE. Olive green foliage. Small yellow-green flowers in May-June but they usually go unnoticed. Used in beds, borders, or in a woodland garden. Tolerates extremely moist soils but will also do well in dry conditions.

Compact growing tree with yellow foliage and red stems.
Produces small fruit - inedible. Excellent accent for small, lightly shaded spaces. Evergreen.
