Grows 3' - 6' ht x 4' - 7' sp

With bright red fall foliage, this native black Chokeberry is easy to grow in full sun to part shade, and can be used in a mass or as an edging plant.  Plants have a wide range of soil tolerance including boggy soils, which makes it great for a stream or pond border. Does produce edible fruit when placed in full sun.  Fruits are chokingly astringent, but can be made into jams and jellies.
