Duke Gardens Plum Yew is a slow-growing, spreading, evergreen shrub. It has soft, glossy, dark green (almost back-green) foliage. Performs wonderfully in a shade garden or in woodland conditions. It is drought tolerant once established. This plant is also deer resistant. Will tolerate many soil conditions, so long as it is well drained. First discovered in Duke Gardens in 1958.
