An interesting compact and broadleaf evergreen shrub with bright yellow winter flowers that turn to clusters of purpleish-blue berries.  Its slender, bamboo-like foliage does well in part sun to shade, and would look great as a small space specimen or as a hedge.  Adds color and interest to any winter garden.
