These beautiful compact thread leaf Coreopsis (Tickseed) have a bright red flower with golden yellow tips. Being a dwarf variety, it’s perfect for those ‘niche’ areas, and these guys almost demand a tough environment, because rich, moist soils tend to make the stems weaker. It will spread via rhizomes and form a dense and bushy clump over time. Bloom time is June to September and they do best in full sun. Deadheading will encourage more blooms.
