Pink Muhly grass is a medium-growing, bushy ornamental grass. It has bluish-green, wiry foliage that produces plumes of light and airy cotton candy-like pink seed heads.

In the nursery trade, there seems to be some confusion with the actual botanical name for this plant and White Muhly grass.  According to several credible sources, the correct botanical taxonomy is Muhlenbergia sericea. 

Looks absolutely stunning when massed together, planted in natural settings, or used in foundation plantings, and blooms at a time when other flowers are fading. Thrives in moist, well-drained soils in full sun and is deer-resistant to boot.
