A great choice for some mid to late summer blooms, 'Goldblitz' has a sturdier structure than other Rudbeckias, with the same splash of bright yellow flowers and a nicely contrasting dark brown center. Does well in most soils as long as there is good drainage. It's a good, low-maintenance perennial that attracts a host of pollinators and birds. Deadhead flowers as they fade. Divide in spring time to make more. Good as a cut flower, too.
