Heliopsis helianthoides is commonly called the Oxeye Sunflower and is similar to Helianthus, the true sunflower.  'Summer Sun' is an upright and clumping variety, with flowers that are attractive to butterflies and other pollinators.  Does best in well-drained soil in full sun.  Good for native, pollinator and cutting gardens.
